Draft for legal review before launch. This summary describes how the platform is built to handle information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Member details: name, work email, role and organisation.
• Reviews: scores, engagement context and comments, plus optional evidence references, which only our moderators can see.
• Supplier details drawn from public sources such as the Australian Business Register.

How reviewer identity is protected

Published reviews show only the reviewer’s organisation type and state, a contract value band and the engagement period. Names, organisations and evidence are never published or shared with suppliers.

Where data is stored

All data is hosted in Australia. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
