Right of reply for suppliers

Every supplier on ProcureRank can respond publicly to any review, ask us to correct a factual error, or ask us to review content they believe is unfair or unlawful.

  • Responses are published beneath the review they answer, after a check that they meet our content standards.
  • Corrections and takedown requests are acknowledged within two business days. Content under review can be hidden while we investigate.
  • We never accept payment to change, hide or reorder a score or review.
